Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order 30 days (720 hours) or more before the scheduled time of your trip. 50% refund will be refunded to the customer. The booking is non-refundable within a period of 30 days (720 hours) before the scheduled time of your trip. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Payment Confirmation (for Services):

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
